INVESTMENT SUBDIVISION: Subdivision is a speciality of my Architectural practice.
I customised this home to suit a small allotment that was divided off of a larger property.
Being engaged at the start of the project meant I was able to divide the existing allotment at the most suitable location and designed this small home to suit the new 200sqm block. A much larger allotment was left for the owners to build their dream home. Views, Terrain, Solar access and Local Council Planning provisions are all things best considered before an allotment is divided, as all of these Architectural considerations can effect the bottom line when the investment is realised
